Logo and Label Design Agreement
Concepts: Sun Ten Laboratories (STL) will create up to two different logos and/or two different labels concepts for your business. Design for the contents on the label such as the supplement facts, caution, directions, dosage information, and Quality Assurance department review, will incur additional charges and turnaround time.
Normal lead time is 14 - 21 business days of receiving your company information, payment, and any additional pertinent information. Lack of providing necessary information could affect the lead time. Timely communication is crucial.
Designs will be submitted for your review via e-mail unless otherwise negotiated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs. STL will make any needed changes to your favorite of the two logo and/or two label designs until you are completely satisfied. Up to two rounds of revision are included in quoted price. Further revisions will incur additional costs. File Delivery: After the final logo and or design is approved, the logo design to you as a digital files (.jpg, .pdf, .AI and .eps graphics file formats).
Originality: STL affirms that our logo and/or label designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond STL’s control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.
Cancellation: The client has the right to terminate this Agreement, however $500 per logo design and $300 per label design with be retained and is non refundable.
Performance Liability: STL does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo/and or label design(s), consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with client. In no event will STL be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo, even if STL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
